Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Glam Grid, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth return, refund, or exchange experience.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following terms:


Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges only for the same product in the same color and style. If your requested size is unavailable, a credit note or voucher for the amount spent will be issued.

Exchange Conditions:

  1. Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and inspected.

  2. One free exchange is allowed per order.

  3. To request a size exchange:

    • Contact us within 2 days of delivery to schedule a reverse pickup.

    • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags intact.

    • Once the item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped (subject to availability).

    • If the requested size is out of stock, a credit note will be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges.

    • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  4. Reverse pickup is completed within 2–3 business days. The full process, including delivery to our warehouse, typically takes 7–10 business days.

  5. Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless received in damaged or broken condition.


Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in the following case:

  • You received an incorrect item in terms of size or color that does not match your order confirmation.

Note:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as slight color or design variation or change of mind. Minor differences may occur due to lighting or screen display settings.

Return Process:

  1. A parcel opening video is mandatory. No return or exchange request will be accepted without it.

  2. If we are unable to fulfill your order fully or partially, we will notify you and refund the undelivered portion.

  3. If your case meets the return criteria:

    • Contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

      • Order number

      • Delivery address

      • Reason for return

      • Opening video of the parcel (mandatory)

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • No replacement is available for an eligible exchange.

  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.) or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may provide your bank details or UPI ID, or opt for store credit.


Important Note

All return, refund, and exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • Prepaid and COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

  • For prepaid orders:

    • You can choose between a credit note, product replacement, or full refund.

    • Payment gateway fees (2–3%) will be deducted for refunds on prepaid cancellations.
